One-on-One Coaching

Coaching is a practical, goal-focused conversation that helps you gain clarity, build steady habits, and move forward with confidence. Together we’ll identify what is holding you back, strengthen your mindset, and take faithful next steps—especially in seasons of change, pressure, or uncertainty.

Coaching can stand on its own, or be integrated with spiritual direction if you are seeking both practical support and spiritual discernment.

Spiritual Direction

Spiritual direction can help you discover God’s presence, discern His invitations, and grow in freedom and holiness. Rooted in the teachings of the Catholic Church, it draws inspiration from the Ignatian Spiritual Exercises and Carmelite spirituality to support your journey of faith.

I am Raida Hicks, founder of The Way Coaching and Spiritual Direction. I support Catholic women through discernment, healing, and spiritual growth by combining professional coaching with faithful Catholic spiritual direction rooted in Ignatian and Carmelite spirituality.
